Emily is 26 weeks now, but when this picture was taken she was at the end of week 25. I kind of forced her to take this picture, so this is the reaction I got. She's moving right along, almost about to start the third and final trimester. Baby is currently the size of a bowling pin and is going to be here before we know it.
Emily's mom was in town this last week and brought up a bunch of baby stuff she has found on the classifieds in Utah. It's crazy to realize just how much stuff we are accumulating in order to take care of a little human. She isn't even born yet and she's so needy.
One of the main reasons Emily was excited to have her mom come visit, was to be able to write down her mom's recipe for gumbo. It turned out great and now we will probably have gumbo for days.
