Quarantine Shenanigans

"Ugh!" - Hadley, when asked about what she thought of quarantine. 

Also, if I fits, I sits. 

Hadley has slowly been coming around to the idea of Cambridge. She shows more and more affection every day and it's really been fun to watch. Although, sometimes her affection can get a little bit more aggressive than we'd prefer. 

Being stuck at home, and working from home, we figured we'd go visit Gma and Gpa for a few days. It gave Gma Rae a chance to meet her grand kid. 

We were in Manson while the trees were exploding with blossoms, and although I couldn't get Hadley to pose nicely for a photo, these more candid shots are what we've really come to accept as our reality when taking photos of her. 

It looks like she's in deep thought. And pain?

Cambri pretty much chilled the whole time, getting in cuddles and saturating anyone who held her with some spit up. 

With Aaron and DeAndra now moved into their new place just across the way, Hadley was able to spend a lot of time harassing their dog, Leo. 

It was as though she was trying to drop hints to us that she wants a furry friend of her own. For now, her stuffed dog will have to suffice. 

Gpa sent us home with some apples, and Hadley wasted no time chomping into them.

The help pass the time, Emily has come up with numerous things to do with Hadley to keep her occupied. She ordered some seeds online, and got a flower pot for Hadley to decorate.

She also got a cool new elephant watering can. 

Cambri has shown a lot of strength lately, and Emily has started to sit her in the bumbo to see how she does. 

Although Cambri is not quite there with the neck strength, Hadley decided to show her how it's done. 

She really does a good job lifting her head, though. 

To help burn off some energy, we hit up the park close by that had a little walking trail. Hadley got a lot of wiggles out as she ran up and down the trail. 

Cambri continues to chill. She stays calm if you hold her, but starts to fuss if you even think about setting her down.

How do you watch your shows?

I just wanted to take a nice photo with my girls.

Her hair continues to grow. 

Lately, Hadley has enjoyed giving kisses to Cambri. It's still undetermined what Cambri thinks about this, though. She doesn't seem to mind too much. 

One of the other activities Emily did with Hadley was a stain glass window painted with homemade washable paint. 

Hadley mixed all the colors, so by the end it started to get difficult to tell each color apart. 

After work we decided to go for a little drive and visit Snoqualmie Falls. The last time we tried this it was fogged in. Good for us, that was not the case this time. 

Hadley really enjoyed herself. She especially liked the way the mist from the waterfall felt on her face. 

This was the best we could do. 

Just as was done with Hadley, Cambri got to try on Emily's old clothes. 

Lately we've also been working on our circus acts.
