Our Halloween festivities actually kicked off a couple weekends before the 31st. We attended our ward's chili cook-off / trunk or treat activity. My chili placed 2nd (out of 12), so that's respectable, I guess. But not acceptable by my standards, might as well have come in last. Anyway, the chili that won belonged to the guy that organized everything and emceed, so... OF COURSE IT WAS RIGGED!!!
Anyway, Hadley had a great time, and especially enjoyed chasing around all the other kiddos her age.
She cleaned up at the trunk or treat. One if the things we've been working on a lot lately is saying hi and waving. At every car we went to, she would wave at each of them. Nobody is denying candy to that.
Halloween came and she got to put the ol' dino suit back on. We're pretty sure it's really a dragon costume, but for us it was a dinosaur. We took her outside so we could snap a few pics of her roaming around looking for weaker dinosaurs to prey on.

I know these pictures are essentially all the same, but it really showcases the facial expressions that this little dino has. Also, she just stood there for me, which never happens. All the other photos are all blurry because we were trying to chase her down because she kept running back and forth.
